Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be returned for sanitary reasons

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@twofoldwellness.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
